Exchange policy

The product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our "Exchange & Return Procedures". We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge.

If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

 

Non-returnable items:

‧ Any product that has been opened or used (e.g. plastic wrap or box being taken out)
‧ Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
‧ Any discount, clearance or sales product which has already stated non-returnable
‧ Any free gifts and samples
‧ Returns made 5 days after the dispatch date
 

Refund policy

Please note that before refunding any returned product, it’s condition will firstly be verified. All non-returnable items will not be refunded or returned to customer. (Please also refer to above Exchange policy and the list of Non-returnable items)

Our apology that original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We will only refund the total value of products.

If your order was placed with free gifts or samples, you must return them together in order to get the refund. Otherwise, the original cost of the product will be deducted from the refund.

It typically takes up to four to six weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

 

Return or Refund procedures

In case of product return or refund, please follow the procedures below:

‧ Fill in your name, email and phone number
‧ Enter the message topic as "Return / Refund", order number, product details and reason of return or refund in the message box area
‧ Customer will be contacted by shop.nailbar.com Customer Services team once all relevant information is filled in accordingly
‧ Send the return or refund items by mail to us

Important notice:

‧ All return shipping fee must be paid by customer.
‧ All the return item(s) must be with all the free gifts or samples.
‧ If the exchange or return request do not make within 5 days from the date of receipt, no exchange and return for the order afterwards as the deal is closed. shop.nailbar.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss from the order.

‧ Please keep all the original packaging of the parcel, including the box, protection materials, and waybill.
‧ The photos on web are for reference only, the standard size and colour of products should follow products you actual received.
‧ nailbar.com.hk reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.
